In my early 20s, I started realizing that something didn't feel quite right in my relationship with my boyfriend at the time. There was an undeniable connection and affection between us, but the romance and attraction seemed to be lacking. For a while I pushed those feelings aside, assuming it was just a rough patch we needed to work through. But the doubts persisted.

It wasn't until I developed feelings for a female coworker of mine that everything started to make sense. Those fluttery butterflies, exciting rushes of adrenaline, and constant desire to be close to her were feelings I had been missing in my relationship. I could no longer ignore what my heart had been trying to tell me all along - I was attracted to women.

Two years later, we decided to expand our family again, this time with my wife carrying our son. I was over the moon to be able to be a part of her pregnancy, getting to put my hands on her growing belly and feel our baby kicking inside. Our son's birth was just as miraculous as our daughter's.
