Revisiting My Witchtok Challenge and Experiencing the Results
A few weeks ago, I went viral on TikTok for my video where I openly dared and challenged all the witches on the platform, known as Witchtok, to put a curse on me. At the time, I admitted I didn't fully believe the curses would have any real effect. However, since then I've experienced some unusual occurrences that have made me wonder if there may be more to witchcraft than I originally thought.
Strange Symptoms and Technical Issues
In the days following my challenge, I began experiencing extreme fatigue that I couldn't explain. I found it difficult to stay awake for long periods and felt drained of energy. At the same time, my computer also started having some strange technical issues with freezing and crashing more than usual. Coincidence? Possibly, but the timing was odd. I also noticed I seemed much more prone to minor accidents and injuries.
Mysterious Packages Arrive
Another mysterious development was the arrival of several packages at my PO box from self-proclaimed witches who said they were answering my call to be cursed. I was understandably nervous to open them but curious what they contained. Inside I found vials of colored liquids, bundles of dried herbs, and handwritten notes with strange symbols. The intent and meaning behind the items was unclear but certainly added to the uncanny experience.
Has the Challenge Had Real Consequences?
Overall, the string of odd occurrences following my video has made me reconsider whether curses and magic could hold more power than what science explains. I'm still not fully convinced but I can't deny something seems to be going on. My symptoms have since begun to fade so it's possible it was all just a strange coincidence. But I've definitely gained new perspective on Witchtok and will think twice before challenging witches again!
